Job Title: Community Manager — AI Gaming

About Our Company: Astrocade's mobile AI platform turns natural language into interactive games, enabling our global community to create, share, and play diverse gaming experiences effortlessly.

The Role: As our Community Manager, you will be the linchpin between our game and its players, compromised of mostly Gen-Z gamers. You'll leverage your influencer background and excellent communication skills to build a vibrant, inclusive online community. Your role is critical in shaping our game's presence and ensuring it resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a thriving and active community on Discord, focusing on engagement, retention, and continuous improvement of the user experience.
• Utilize your influencer background to grow our community, engage with members, and represent our brand.
• Organize and moderate community events, AMAs, and contests.
• Gather player feedback, facilitating improvements in game design and user experience.
• Launch new product features by drafting messaging and encouraging usage.

Requirements:

• Proven background as an influencer with a substantial follower base.
• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to connect and engage with a younger audience.
• Proficient with common online community platforms (Discord,Reddit, Wikis, Forums, Twitch etc.) as well as social media platforms (especially TikTok).
• Passionate gamer with experience in mobile games, Roblox knowledge is a plus.
